It’s not about the number of acres you live on; it’s not about the number or variety of animals you own; it’s not even about how full your pantry is at this very moment. Homesteading is all about your desire to live a more self-reliant lifestyle, using what you have in your hands right now. Doing at HOME inSTEAD of going to the store. The homesteading lifestyle is a journey, made more successful when traveled within a Community of like-minded, supportive women.


The National Ladies Homestead Gathering has Chapters all across this country – urban, suburban, and rural. We are committed to helping women connect locally to Share Knowledge, Build Community, and Grow Friendships.


All women, who have a dream or desire to be more self-reliant, are welcome to our Gatherings. Whether you’re in the research/planning phase, live on an established homestead or somewhere in between, ALL women* have something to contribute or gain from coming together.
